HINTS about using the registration form below...

Before entering your phone number click on the globe icon and begin typing "United States". When a drop-down menu opens, click on United States and then enter your phone number.

Clicking the "Register" button at the bottom of the form takes you to PayPal and we have found that the Microsoft Edge browser doesn't work properly in PayPal. If you have a problem, please close the window and try using another browser. We've found Google Chrome and Firefox work fine.
